Please complete the debit order consent form below should you wish to pay your fees via debit order.

I agree that Collegiate Girls’ High School may debit my account under the following conditions:

1. The debit order will operate for 11 months (last working day in January – last working day in November).

2. I will ensure that funds are in my account to meet this Debit Order. Should the Debit Order be rejected, for any reason whatsoever, I will pay the rejected amount in cash or by EFT immediately upon notification.

3. After a second rejection the debit order will be cancelled. I will then pay monthly in advance in cash or by EFT payment.

4. This form will remain in force until the pupil leaves. The amount applicable will be advised by the School Governing Body in writing prior to each new year.

NOTICE REGARDING SCHOOL, HOSTEL AND MUSIC FEES.

Fees may be paid as follows:

ANNUAL PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

Payable before 31 January in order to qualify for the discounted fee of R40 550 for school fees.

MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR SCHOOL FEES

DEBIT ORDER: Payable on the last working day of the month (January to November). Please consider this option preferable. Current Debit Orders will continue with the amount being adjusted automatically. New Debit Order forms are available on the website or from the Bursar’s Office and are to be completed and verified by your bank and then returned to the Bursar’s Office by no later than Friday 10th December. Please email bursar@cghs.co.za

ELECTRONIC or CASH DEPOSITS: Please use your daughter’s name and surname, e.g. “Ann Smith *school fees” as a reference. *Please use the learner’s name and a reference applicable to what the payment is for, e.g. school fees, tours, lockers, etc.

Payable before 31 January 2022 in order to qualify for the discounted fee of R57 400 for hostel fees.

TERMLY FEES FOR HOSTEL PUPILS GRADES 8 TO 11

These are payable IN ADVANCE TO EACH TERM. Pupils will not be allowed entrance to the hostel without payment of the full fee for the term. For security reasons, cash will not be accepted. Please deposit cash into the bank before arrival. Proof of payment must be presented on arrival.

FEES FOR HOSTEL PUPILS GRADE 12

These are payable IN ADVANCE AT THE START OF THE FIRST THREE TERMS. Pupils will not be allowed entrance to the hostel without payment of the full fee for the term. For security reasons, cash will not be accepted. Please deposit cash into the bank before arrival. Proof of payment must be presented on arrival.

MUSIC FEES

Extra and non-curricular PRACTICAL and INSTRUMENT HIRE fees will be charged as stipulated in the fee structure. These may be paid by debit order, or annually or termly, by the first day of each term, directly into the school’s bank account. Please use your daughter’s name and surname and “MUSIC” as a reference.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

THREE MONTHS’ NOTICE IN WRITING MUST BE GIVEN FOR PUPILS LEAVING THE HOSTEL IN GRADES 8 – 11 (GRADE 12 LEARNERS ARE EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE YEAR AT THE HOSTEL) AND ONE MONTH’S NOTICE FOR GIRLS LEAVING THE SCHOOL OR MUSIC.

Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge equivalent to three months’ fees.
