Step 4Need to apply for a copy of your Matric Certificate?  The Department of Education issues them.

Step 5 Do you have the finances to study? Can your family/friends/church assist you financially? Do you have someone to stand surety for you so that you can apply for a study loan from the bank? Do you have a part-time job that can help you with finances?
